Every training is custom designed to provide the optimum learning experience for each participant. We believe training should be interactive, effective and fun. We can develop training according to your budget. Although we provide several trainings throughout the year, we can also travel locally to train.

Level #1 training. (2-3 hours)
The purpose of this training is to provide each mentor with helpful concepts and best practices of mentoring. This training has three sections:

Level #2 training. (2 hours)
This training is developed for mentors who have been mentoring at least two months. We assess the skills and experiences of mentors. Then we provide opportunities for mentors to learn from each other. We also provide tools and guidance to deepen the mentor/mentee relationships.

Special Classroom management training. (2 hours)
This training will benefit anyone working with a group of three or more youth in a group. It is perfect for educators, youth counselors or clergy. Some of our clients are Y.M.C.A. Durham Schools, Durham Sheriff Department, to name a few. The purpose of this training is to help facilitators maximize the learning experience of the class by managing the classroom effectively.
